Chef Stephen Moreton is a seasoned culinary expert. Combining his love for cooking, 27 years of extensive experience, vast & varied knowledge, highly skilled technique & creativity, he consistently brings amazing culinary experiences to all of his clients. Chef Stephen graduated with honors from the University of Hawaii's Culinary Arts program at their Maui campus, where he began his career. He spent 3 years developing his skills & knowledge base in fine dining. His career took him to the Pacific Northwest where he spent time cooking in Portland & then many years in the Seattle & Puget Sound area where he really came in to his own as a chef, advancing through the ranks from Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine & Executive Head Chef at several different restaurants, notably the Four Seasons Seattle Downtown. It is his time with the Four Seasons that Chef Stephen credits with deeply enhancing his commitment to the value & importance of providing stellar customer service to every client, every time. Upon moving from Washington to the beautiful Palm Springs area, Chef Stephen made the choice to leave the world of professional kitchens to embark on a new culinary life as a Private Chef & business owner. Chef Mort Personal Chef has now been in business since April 2021 & going strong!
